DATES CHUTNEY.('MY VERSION").



Dates - 10 no s
Shallots - 4 to 5 no s
Garlic piece - 3 pods
Green chilly - 3 or 4 no s
Grated Coconut - ½ cup
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Curry Leaves - few



How to Prepare:


Chop dates into pieces.
Crush all the ingredients except dates and vinegar.
Add chopped dates and crushed ingredients in a blender and grind it to make a thick paste.
After grinding add vinegar and mix well.
Garnish with curry leaves and green chilly.
